Payment information:

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems. We may retain limited transaction records, such as amounts, dates, and invoice references.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create, maintain, and secure your account.
• Provide and operate the Service, including delivering contracts, e-signature requests, invoices, payment links, and project updates.
• Send transactional and account-related text messages you have opted in to receive (see Section 5).
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
• Process payments and maintain transaction records.
• Monitor, analyze, and improve the Service.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and technical problems.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers — with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, payment processing, e-signature, analytics, and SMS message delivery. These providers may access information only to perform their functions for us and are obligated to protect it.
• Legal requirements — when required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Doolin Design Studio, our users, or others.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling some cookies may affect how the Service functions.

If you opt in to our text messaging program, we use your mobile phone number to send account-related and transactional notifications, which may include:

• New contract and document-ready alerts
• E-signature requests and confirmations
• Invoice and payment links
• Payment reminders and payment confirmations
• Project and account status updates

How you opt in

You opt in through a web form within your account — during account setup or in your account notification settings — by entering your mobile phone number and actively selecting a consent checkbox that is not pre-selected. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may enable or disable individual notification categories at any time in your account settings.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the notification categories you have enabled.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.

Help and opt-out

For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at ndoolin@doolindesignstudio.com. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time, after which we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• SMS opt-out — reply STOP to any message, or disable notifications in your account settings.
• Access and update — review and update your account information at any time by logging in.
• Deletion — request deletion of your personal information by contacting us at ndoolin@doolindesignstudio.com.
• Marketing communications — follow the unsubscribe instructions in any marketing email, where applicable.

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. Contact us to exercise any such rights.

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services that we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" above. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by other reasonable means.
